1) Anaphylactic reaction secondary to antibiotic given
2) The management is as follow
a) Withdraw the offensive drug immediately
b) Oxygen 3l/min via face mask
c) IV hydrocortisone 5mg/kg
d) Subcutaneous or IM Adrenaline 0.3-0.5 ml of 1:1000
e) Volume expansion with 500-1000 ml crystalloid or colloid (monitor urine output)
f) Tab. Piriton 10 mg
g) Close observation of vital sign.
