1) patient CXR
- hazziness on left lung field
- left costophrenic angle not obliterated
- fracture of the left scapula.


2) Lung contussion
- based on this X-ray, two things should be suspected which are lung concussion or hemothorax. however, diagnosis of hemothorax is unlikely since the costophrenic angle did not obliterated. in hemothorax, the costophrenic angle should obliterate with the presence of fluid meniscus


3) other two X-ray
- Cervical X ray
- Hip X ray
