1)Abnormal finding on the right leg
-Swelling of the anterior leg from distal 1/3rd up to knee region
-Surgical scar with hypertrophic scar
-Sinus
-Skin discoloration


2)Chronic osteomyelitis


3)Investigations
Blood: FBC, CRP, ESR, Septic work out
Imaging: X ray of the knee, tibia & fibula and femoral of the right limb. Proceed to CT scan if indicated.


4)Management
-Medical: Antibiotic (IV Cloxacillin + Fusidic acid)
-Surgical: Drainage + Debridement of necrotic tissue, external fixator, wound closure
